Delete your WealthScout account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data from WealthScout. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.

Start account deletion
If you can sign in, open WealthScout, go to Settings, then Workspace, and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address used for your account. We will verify your identity before deleting anything.
Include the email address used for your account. Do not send your password or household financial information.
What deletion means
If you own the household, deleting your account also permanently deletes the household, its financial data and files, and every member's access. Ownership cannot be transferred.
If you are a member, deleting your account removes your membership and sign-in identity. It does not delete the household.
Subscriptions
Any active WealthScout subscription must stop renewing before account deletion finishes. WealthScout will request cancellation where the provider supports it. If the provider requires you to cancel directly, we will give you its subscription-management link.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal. It does not create a refund, and deleting the app from your device does not cancel a subscription.
What may be retained
We may retain the minimum payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and legal records that we must keep. These records cannot be used to restore the deleted household or account.
Deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire. If a backup is restored, deleted accounts and households must be removed before it serves production traffic.

What happens next
Automated deletion starts after any subscription cancellation is confirmed. If identity checks or provider cleanup require manual work, we will tell you what remains and confirm when deletion is complete.
We normally acknowledge emailed requests within five business days.
