## What it is

WealthScout.app is personal wealth analysis and forecasting software. It records what you own and owe, shares, property, cash, debt and retirement savings, along with what you earn and what you spend. Every asset belongs to an owner: a person, a couple, a trust, a company or a retirement structure. You confirm the figures once a month and each confirmation is dated. WealthScout then projects those figures forward, calculating tax on returns while the assets stay with an owner, and again when money is paid out to a person.
It is a subscription web application with a mobile client. The marketing site is wealthscout.app and the product is at app.wealthscout.app. The product is written WealthScout.app because another product, wealthscout.io, shares the first word. The two are separate and are not affiliated.

## Countries covered

WealthScout supports thirteen countries, each with its own tax treatment: Australia, Canada, Estonia, Spain (Community of Madrid), United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United States, South Africa.

## What it costs

There are two plans, Free and Plus. Free covers ten share holdings in one market, one property and its mortgage, cash, loans, cards, retirement accounts and net worth history. It has no time limit and asks for no card.
Plus is $99 a year or $11.99 a month in US dollars, charged in local currency where supported. One subscription covers everyone you invite rather than one seat per person. Plus lifts the limits: holdings across every market, every property with its rent, costs and depreciation, the full projection module with scenarios and drawdown, managed funds, crypto and other assets, and more than one owner, including trusts and companies.
