# Contact WealthScout

> Four addresses, each with what it is for and when to expect a reply, plus the registered business behind them.

Source: https://wealthscout.app/contact. Last updated 22 August 2026.

## Who you are writing to

WealthScout.app is published by IP3 Holdings, ABN 88 562 020 114, trading as WealthScout, a business registered in Australia. Correspondence is handled by email; there is no public office and no phone line, and saying so is more use than publishing a number nobody answers.

Replies come from a person. Response times below are the ordinary case rather than a contractual commitment, and a privacy request is acknowledged inside the period the law requires regardless of what else is in the queue.

## Where to send it

Pick the address that matches the subject. Anything that does not fit one of the three specific addresses belongs at support.

- support@wealthscout.app — Support, billing and everything else. Trouble with an account, an import that will not match, a subscription, a cancellation, a refund request, or a question about whether the product does a particular thing. If you are not sure which address to use, use this one. Usually within two business days.
- privacy@wealthscout.app — Privacy requests and complaints. Access to the personal information held about you, correction, deletion, or a complaint about how information has been handled. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. Acknowledged within five business days.
- security@wealthscout.app — Security reports. Suspected vulnerabilities, exposed data, or anything that looks like an account compromise. Reports made in good faith are welcome. Please do not include live credentials or another person's data in the report itself. Acknowledged within two business days.
- legal@wealthscout.app — Legal notices and terms. Legal notices, questions about the Terms of Service or the Affiliate Terms, and partner or affiliate programme enquiries. Usually within five business days.

## What to include

For an account or billing question, the email address on the account and, where the question is about a payment, the store or provider the subscription was bought through. That is usually enough to find the record without a further exchange.

For a privacy request, say which household the request concerns and what you want done: access, correction or deletion. Identity is confirmed before information is released, because releasing a household's financial records to the wrong person is the failure that matters most here.

For a security report, the URL or endpoint, what you did, and what you saw. A proof of concept is welcome. Please do not test against another person's account.

## Things this address cannot do

Support can explain what the product calculates and how, and can fix an account. It cannot tell you what to invest in, whether to buy a property, or how to structure a trust. WealthScout is not a bank, broker, accountant, tax agent, financial adviser, credit provider or legal adviser, and nobody replying to these addresses is licensed to act as one.

It also cannot recover a figure you have not recorded. WealthScout holds only what a household enters or imports, so there is no bank feed to reconstruct a missing month from.
